IFG Structural Integrity is looking to fill a position on the Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) Integration Team. In this position, the candidate will have F-22 Faster II Customer interface relating to the ASIP Program and cross-functional team collaboration. The candidate will be responsible for program management functions on the F-22 Faster II contract. The candidate's responsibilities include support of program management, customer interface and coordination, schedule/plan development, monthly status reporting, and new business pursuit and capture. Technical responsibilities will interface with multiple disciplines including: Loads Analysis, Dynamics, Flutter, Stress Analysis, Finite Element Analysis, Fatigue and Fracture Analysis, and Systems Integrity Analysis.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in mechanical, civil or aeronautical engineering.

Job Skills

-Ability to work in a high-performing multi-program team

-Excellent communication skills with experience with internal and external customers

-Willing to travel

-Excellent organizational skills

-Experience in Program Management and technical leadership.

-Demonstrated strong skills in conflict resolution, proactive communication, building collaborative relationships.

-Experience with Cost Account Management, Schedule development, and status reporting.

-Experience building customer relationships and working/shaping proposal activities

-Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

-Presentation skills conveying focused messages to internal senior leadership and external customers.
