Under the direction of the Capture Manager, supports proposal pursuit efforts for Production Proposals, Change Proposals or Advanced Change Notice (ACNs), proposals to include: Statement of Work (SOW) and Specification development; Capture Team engagement may include complete proposal process to negotiation and contract award. Activities include but are not limited to • Interface with U.S. Government Business Office (USGBO) and Finance to help the Capture Manager develop proposal budgets and lead the BAT • With engineering lead, the help the Capture Manager develop concise SOWs with focus on mitigating Risk• With Contracts lead, help the Capture Manager coordinate fact-finding responses and negotiation strategies to achieve positive settlement objectives• Assist the Capture Manager in Implementing and managing metrics to ensure proposal execution to plan

Job Qualifications

3+ years experience

Job Skills

Leadership qualities in business acquisition, customer interface, and experience working with proposals and contracts organizations. Must be able to work independently, have exceptional communication skills, ability to develop executive level briefings and represent the program at key interface meetings. Strong Microsoft skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Project) required for this position
