The selected candidate will join the Global Sustainment team in Moorestown, NJ supporting the Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors Line of Business (IWSS LOB).
RMS Global Sustainment (a part of RMS Operations) is a matrix organization consisting of individual LOB Program Integration Teams and six Centers of Excellence (COEs): Sustainment Operations; Training & Courseware; Technical Publications, Information Systems & Innovation, Supply Chain Management & Depot Operations, and Field Sustainment. The COEs have technical responsibility for the twelve DoD Product Support Elements; they develop sustainment solutions in response to customer requirements and undertake research and initiatives to advance their offerings and ensure Lockheed Martin remains the preeminent leader in the aerospace industry.
Program Integration serves as the liaison between the COEs and the LOB. Each Program Integrator is assigned to one or more programs/program managers, where they advocate for COE products and solutions, and translate LOB/customer requirements and demand signals to the COEs to shape their offerings. The Program Integrator is responsible and accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance on the scope under their charge, which may include scope outside the Global Sustainment organization.
The Program Integrator leads and coordinates the COEs’ effort for a particular LOB program. As such, the Program Integrator should have familiarity with all twelve of the DoD Product Support Elements.
Depending on the phase of the project(s), the Program Integrator will: Lead the design or synthesis of the sustainment solution; propose that work, plan it, execute it, and report/provide status on that work. Tasks include, but are not limited to, leading a team; understanding and decomposing requirements; responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); developing Bases of Estimate (BOEs); developing and managing an integrated master schedule (including contract deliverables); conducting earned value management; supporting program milestones, and building effective relationships with Government and internal customers. The selected candidate will support their assigned program manager(s) in directing team and individual sustainment tasks and may be required to undertake or lead special assignments.
This position requires an active secret clearance.

4. Demonstrated project management skills, including:
a. Leading teams
b. Developing RFP responses (WBS, IMP/IMS, BOEs, Volume writing)
c. Resource planning, including staffing.
d. Monitoring of work progress to assure milestones are met.
e. Devising workarounds in response to challenges.
f. Experience with performance metrics.
g. Risk and opportunity management.
h. Earned Value Management (EVM) & Cost Account Management (CAM)
5. Microsoft Office Suite
2. Experience in Aegis Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
3. Background/experience in Aegis and BMD development.
4. Team building and conflict resolution
5. Outstanding verbal and written communication
6. Customer interface (internal and external)
7. Experience with military service operations and structure
8. Experience with SAP and Operations IT Systems
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision, and multi-task.
