This position serves as the Integrator (Expatriate Administrator) for Field Team Operations (FTO) Programs in Greenville, SC. This position is highly administrative and is responsible for creating and delivering informative, persuasive content to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensures FTO Program is aligned with policies and procedures. Deals with abstract issues and develops associated plans and strategies to address. Act as the liaison for overall program/functional communications. Administratively supports the Leadership team in executing Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Functional Interchange Meetings (Staff Meetings); Operational Excellence Reviews (OERs) and Cost Study Reviews by pulling data and ensuring meetings are scheduled. Support the Integration Team in resolving and documenting organizational / Program issues by developing policies. Successful candidate must have strong inter-personal and organizational skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment across all levels of management and customer organizations. Successful candidate will be highly organized, be a self-starter, yet respond to direction from multiple leaders. Must be able to deconflict and prioritize multiple objectives. Successful candidate will be expected to effectively lead projects involving senior teammates along with developing and running performance metrics. Support the Director and Operations Manager in updating and validating staffing requirements to execution, and maintaining Organizational Chart. This role requires the individual to have a high attention to details.

Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.

Job Qualifications

• Project management experience
• Experience developing and making presentations.
• Experience conducting research
• Experience creating metrics
• Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-domain team
• Ability to articulate complex matters in concise oral and written presentations in a fast-paced proposal environment.
• Manage database updates and projects
• Lead the development of program documents; Perform document reviews
